Our showroom is located at our office building in Stratham, NH. Where we love to have visitors, we appreciate appointments being made in advance so that we have ample time to assist you.
Many factors contribute to the home building process, the level of customization being a major component. This process can take anywhere from 9-18 months after permitting, but we typically see our homes reach completion in about 12-15 months from permit.
At this time we are not equipped to take on renovation-style projects.
We understand that changes arise as the process unfolds. While we are able to make some small on-site changes, we recommend most changes are recorded by the architect so that our staff and vendors work from the most accurate plans.
Safety is the number one concern at our site. Unless accompanied by the listing broker or a builder representative, buyers are asked not to visit the site. Clients will receive progress photos throughout the build process via Buildertrend.
Through our 15 years in the building industry, we have narrowed down our material selection to only the best and brightest in the industry. While we prefer to supply our own materials, buyers may elect to supply their own appliances and light fixtures in alignment with their contract terms.
Copley takes pride in the relationships we’ve established with our trusted network of local subcontractors. Therefore we do not allow buyers to hire their own contractors or do their own work.
Yes. Once we’ve established the design and layout we will provide renderings periodically.
We offer a one-year builder’s warranty that meets industry standards. Warranty specifications are outlined in detail in the Purchase and Sale contract.
