Intro Design Meeting, 30 Mins

We start our process with what we consider the most important part-a 30 minute virtual meeting where we get to know YOU. Styles you love, design decisions you’ve hated in the past, a Pinterest photo you can’t stop thinking about (or 20!), you name it, we want to know. This meeting helps us design with YOU in mind. We aim to create spaces you are proud to show off that also ease the workflow of your everyday life. Research shows that a person’s overall happiness is increased dramatically when their home feels organized, balanced, and peaceful. We recognize that each of our clients will have a different definition of what this means for them, and the end result can only be created from a solid understanding of who you are first.

Design Review, 30 mins

A detailed review of what our design team has crafted with your best interests in mind. This is the time to voice any concerns or changes so that the layout is set in stone as early as possible.

Interior Selections Day, +/- 3 Hours

With your unique layouts on display in our Selections room, we will work through each room of your house and curate mood boards, room by room. Our team is incredibly knowledgeable and patient and we understand that some clients will want to go in-depth with design and others may prefer a handful of preselected items to choose from. We come prepared to make your selection appointment as fun and easy as possible.

Final Renderings and Proposal Sign-Offs

Once all selections are finalized we will send a Design Deck, Final Renderings and a Cabinetry and Countertop Proposal to sign off on. These items are uploaded to Buildertrend and physically hung in the home to minimize mistakes and give all participants transparency to the selections of the home.
