Our Process
UNDER CONTRACT
Congratulations! You have finalized your plans and we can’t wait to help you design your new home.
ONLINE ACCESS
We use an online construction project management software called Buildertrend to keep everything organized!
EXTERIOR
SELECTIONS
This will be an in-person meeting held at our Copley showroom to select all of your exterior finishes. Expect this meeting to be approximately 1 hour.
REVIEW OF ROUGH-IN LAYOUTS
This is a review of the electrical and plumbing for your home. This must be finalized prior to the start of framing of your home.
DESIGN INSPIRATION PERIOD
This is your time to gather inspiration photos for each space in your home! This is typically shared with Copley via Pinterest or PowerPoint.
VIRTUAL DESIGN MEETINGS
We will conduct a 30 minute meeting virtually to establish your needs! This will be followed up by another 30 minute virtual review of initial kitchen and bath renderings.
INTERIOR SELECTIONS
The big one! This is the longest meeting of all. You will make all of your interior selections at this time. This meeting is in-person and roughly 3 hours long.
PROGRESS PHOTOS
After selections are finalized you will be presented with a design deck if you ever need to look back! Copley will upload progress photos to Buildertrend as the project moves along.
NEW HOME ORIENTATION
The final step! We will conduct a New Home Orientation to review all systems and quality of your new home.
